Scouting-as-a-Service

Tell us what you need. We go find it — bankable.

Land, supply, a counterparty, or a way to move money in a hard market. Our ground network and platform find it, vet it, and hand back a shortlist with financing and settlement already mapped — not just a contact list.

Two verticals

Discovery where the ground truth is hard to reach.

01 · Agri-Commodity

Agri-Commodity Scouting

Sourcing farmland for lease, contract-farming partners, or new supply corridors for buyers who can't get reliable on-the-ground intelligence themselves.

  • —Farmland lease sourcing with title, community & land-rights verification
  • —New supply corridors when an existing one fails on currency, politics or harvest
  • —Contract-farming and cooperative partner diligence through our KYC layer
02 · Mining & Minerals

Mining & Minerals Scouting

Connecting buyers and investors to mining concessions, mineral suppliers, and processing partners — plus viable payment structures where correspondent banking is thin or unreliable.

  • —Concession and supplier vetting against conflict-mineral compliance criteria
  • —Ownership and license verification before any introduction
  • —Escrow, milestone-linked disbursement, or SPV payment design for difficult jurisdictions
Scenario

2,000 hectares under contract-farming

A European food processor needs a maize supply line in East Africa with no local presence. We scout leasable land through cooperative and government-agency relationships, vet title and land-rights status, benchmark lease terms, and deliver 3–5 shortlisted sites — with a pre-export finance or offtake-linked SPV priced so the lease is bankable from day one.

Scenario

A counterparty you can't pay

A business has a counterparty in a frontier market but no workable way to pay them. We scout and stress-test settlement routes — mobile money, stablecoin rails, local banking partners, correspondent relationships — and structure a compliant payment pathway as a discrete engagement.

End-to-end workflow

From scope to settlement.

  1. 01
    Scope
You define the need: asset type, geography, volume/scale, risk tolerance.
  2. 02
    Scout
Our ground network and platform data surface candidate farms, suppliers, concessions, or payment routes.
  3. 03
    Vet
KYC/AML, title and license verification, community and compliance checks — reusing Structured's eligibility layer.
  4. 04
    Shortlist
3–5 ranked options delivered with terms, risk flags, and local context.
  5. 05
    Structure
Structured prices financing and settlement — factoring, SPV, escrow, milestone payments — for the chosen option.
  6. 06
    Introduce & Settle
Warm introduction, deal support, and full execution on Next Harvest / Structured rails if you want it.
Why us

The hard part is already built.

Ground presence across seven markets. A verified counterparty network — the trust and verification layer that takes years to build — is already in place.

No dead-end introductions. A scouted deal goes straight into a fundable structure on the same KYC, eligibility and settlement rails.

Compliance by default. A hard verification gate before any shortlist goes out — land-rights exposure and conflict-mineral links are screened, not discovered later.

Engagement models

How mandates are priced.

Scoping fee
Flat, non-contingent. Pays for the vetting work regardless of outcome — no conflict-of-interest.
Success fee
1–3% of deal or lease value on close.
Structuring fee
Basis points on financed volume when Structured prices the SPV, factoring, or escrow.
Retainer
Monthly fee for ongoing mandates — e.g. three new supply corridors this year.

We stay in discovery and structuring; local counsel is engaged for anything that becomes a legal opinion.

Request for Scouting / RFQ

Scope your mandate.

Tell us what you need found or structured. We respond within two working days with a scoping call and a fixed scoping-fee quote.

I understand engagements begin with a fixed, non-contingent scoping fee quoted after the scoping call.
